Hotel davvero bellissimo! La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata la vista sull’isola, semplicemente spettacolare, mi ha lasciata a bocca aperta. Anche il cibo è stato super e lo staff estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Un’esperienza che non dimenticherò!

"Ischia Gem"

The property was beautiful. The pools were lovely. The staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast had a lot of choices with both sweet and savory options. It was a short walk to the castle and wonderful restaurants. We would stay there again.

Accoglienza Ok , Struttura imponente, Bella

La cucina è da rivedere totalmente; ho prenotato mezza pensione. Ho consumato solo la sera dell'arrivo ed è stato un disastro , i giorni successivi non abbiamo utilizzato il ristorante ma ho preferito andare in altre strutture .Eccessivo personale Stagista , alla richiesta di una bottiglia d'acqua sono intervenuta 3 persone !!

pools were nice, breakfast was good.

The staff seemed unprepared for hosting guests outside of a big group that was at the hotel at the same time. There was no place to get food or even purchase drinks (not even water) anywhere in the hotel and the staff didn't seem to know or have an option for us other than walking into town. Of note, there were two bars but neither were open at any point during our stay. I've never stayed anywhere, peak or off-peak, that didn't have a food or beverage option outside of a sit down, coursed meal that needed to be reserved and was in a crowded cafeteria type setting. Further, getting towels for the pool required a lengthy process a few floors down in the hotel spa which seemed totally inefficient to have to go pick up and drop off at the end of a stay. Finally, the hotel advertises thermal baths but does not say the age of which youths can use the facilities (we had mature teens that were interested but turned away) or account for the hotel guests because we had to insist on a 45-minute time slot for just 4 of us to use the sauna/steam room during a 2-day stay as that was all that wasn't "full". I was very disappointed.
