"The staff made up for little problems."

All staff were excellent.

The toilet seat was broken. Unfortunately, the wind prevented us from using the balcony. This wasn’t the fault of the hotel. We found the bed too firm.

Recently renovated in true Noosa style. Spacious rooms. Great experience from checking to checkout. Valet team, reception, concierge, room service, pool tea, dining in, ALL staff professional, welcoming, and nothing was a problem. 110% for the service.

The doorman was amazing He helped me with my luggage beautifully- nothing was a problem for him The reception staff were very welcoming

The bed was way too soft - I woke with such a sore back The aircon didn’t stay cooling all night - we all were sweating through the night and could barely sleep
