Proche de l'autoroute donc assez bruyant, salle de petit déjeuner très petite et pas très propre (en raison des clients peu respectueux...)

Why did not I like: Noisy, environmental activists which is not helpful. Look like a homeless or drug addicted people ate roaming around the facility. Stuff is helpful, nothing wrong with them at all.

My mom and I drove three days from Olympia to Bakersfield, she’s 96 and I moved her down with me. The Ramada was our 1st stop. Hawthorne was very sweet and kind to my mom, and when she lost her room key he offered to bring it up. I woke up around 4:00 am and remembered hearing there was coffee and juice 24/7 so I loaded up on cranberry juice. The next day we drove to Stockton. I got ready to take my nightly dose of meds and couldn’t find them. On the phone my husband said “did you leave them at the Ramada”? Yep-it’s hard to take care of yourself when you’re taking care of a loved one. I noticed messages on my phone and Teresa had called me ten minutes after we left the Ramada. I called that night and talked to Hawthorne again and sure enough, he already had them locked in a safe. The next day was Sunday so shipping wouldn’t happen. On Monday my meds were overnighted and I received them Tuesday. I used Waze to navigate so I missed Teresa’s call within minutes of leaving. Both Hawthorne and Teresa were very concerned and professional during my stupid mistake. Thank you both of you.

Wonderful check-in clerk! I think his name was Hawthorne. All was fine until my husband spilled a bit of water on the floor and I used wash cloth to wipe it up. Cloth was dirty. Did the same in the bathroom after our showers-dirty towel. Then I wiped the bottoms of my feet and towel was even worse. That being said, bed was great and we appreciated the sofa.

Location, friendly staff

The hotel had a bad smell, hard to maneuver suitcase cart into room due to the way the door set up, air conditioner had a terrible noise so had to sleep with it off. We were unable to turn on the shower and had to call the front desk. We were told to pull the lever as hard as we could. We were worried it would come out of the wall because it was loose around the tile.

Location …… right off the interstate. Hawthorne is amazing. He goes above and beyond to accommodate your every need and always so friendly.

The dim lighting in the bathroom, vanity area.

Bed was comfortable

Room had dead fleas floating in toilet, windows didn't open, it stunk so bad of dog, I couldn't go upstairs as no handicap rooms down stairs.
