It was very convenient for us because my son had baseball tournaments and the Morgan sports complex was literally right up the road. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very nice.

They didn’t have a good breakfast. Need more variety’s for breakfast such as such, pancakes or waffles.

The bed was firm and comfortable and location was right next to a great beach and plaza. Very walkable.

The television remote didn't work properly. The sheets and towels had spots and stains on them. The lobby was unswept and dirty. The bathrooms were mildly dirty. The man at the counter was flirting with me when my mom wasn't with me (I'm a 19 year old girl and he was maybe in his 40s.)

My stay started off with the front desk clerk Jaime he was very nice and welcoming he also gave me plenty of items to enjoy my experience at Destin it was my first time visiting and I will highly recommend anyone staying at this location

When arriving we had 3 separate rooms books months in advance, one of the rooms wasn't ready until 3 hours after check in time. We had traveled all day. The beds were made up from whoever stayed there last time because our sheets were dirty. We requested new sheets but were told they could not do that because they only clean rooms every other day. Two days went by and we let them know we needed room service because we needed towels in the bathroom. No one ever came. They told us we had our sign on the door for no service (not true) and they weren't allowed to clean. This is after me speaking with housekeeping that morning letting her know we needed towels and that we would be gone for the day. Our sign never went on the door. After returning with no housekeeping services still I finally was able to get two towels and some bed sheets for one bed after my husband went to the desk to complain. We were there a week with zero housekeeping services. All we needed were towels. I killed two baby roaches in the bathroom and the side entrance we used to go to our room had several men out there passing a joint around at the door ( twice a day every day for a week) Wasn't pleased about that since we had small children. The pool was dirty and cloudy our whole stay. Won't be returning!
