The pools seemed to be clean and I appreciated that there was an adult only pool. Staff were friendly.

This isn't truly an all-inclusive resort, as I have stayed at many that are. The restaurant hours are limited, and the pool snack bar is awful. No alcohol served at the restaurant, so having a drink with dinner isn't an option. Staff kept clearing away beverages that we weren't done with, requiring us to have to return to the buffet to get new ones. Beds were comfortable but rooms in general are awful. Stains and broken items (chair and patio door in my case) and the lighting is terrible. Two small pot lights in bathroom is inadequate. The entry light in my room didn't work and I didn't know until I got back after dark and had to fumble around tripping over things to find another switch. A VERY low watt energy efficient light was used on the patio which essentially gave off no light at all. Had expected, at a popular resort, to have built in USB for phone charger but sadly, no. The grounds are very beautiful but not kept terribly clean, unfortunately. In summary, we had a fair time, but I definitely wouldn't return unless rooms were fixed and updated and food and drink quality improved immensely. Wasn't worth the money spent. You would do better to stay somewhere else and pay for your food separately.
