Trident Inn & Suites, Baton Rouge

The location was fine. The price was fine, but I saw why it was that low compared to others.

As soon as I got inside my room, I see multiple flies flying around. The remote did not work to the tv. The toilet wouldn’t fully flush. I was not in my room longer than an hour and 30 minutes and I decided to leave. I asked for a refund she told me I couldn’t get it because I booked a nonrefundable room, which I understand but all of the rooms are marked as nonrefundable. It’s because it’s nasty in there. Also, on top of the covers for both of the beds. There were a little black spots everywhere.

I did not like anything about the property!!

I did not like the fact that it smelt like poop and dirty ass. Every time you walked in I did not like the fact that the towels were saying the tub was dirty. The toilet paper roll was used. The vending machine did not work and the room key kept deactivating, so I had to keep going downstairs to reactivate it or something. I hated everything about this hotel
