Quality Inn & Suites Watertown Fort Drum

i like staying here as it is quiet and a great price.

we didn't get coffee for second night and when i went to front desk they said they only had decaffinated. only disappointment.

Have been to this hotel a few times, always have been given a room on the main floor this time it was on the second floor, we were two seniors one with a breathing problem and one with a walker we were told we only had to manage 8 stairs but there was double that, it was very difficult for us. We are not sure if we go again will we be able to get a ground floor room or maybe just get a room with a hotel that has an elevator.

The breakfast bar is was no up to Par and I travel a few times a year to Quality Inns.. No toaster , no bread ,no English muffins. No jams..

The bed was comfortable. The room was big. The staff was friendly.

I arrived a little after 2, but no one was at the desk. A sign said to call for service. I called 3 times before anyone came out to help. The breakfast wasn't horrible but wasn't great either. I found a crayon beside the chair in the room, and it made me wonder how clean they got the room.

The beds were pretty comfortable, and they had a good breakfast. The shower was nice and there was good sofa chair in the room.

There were some loiterers that were hanging around in the parking lot.

I have stayed here before and has always been clean, comfortable and good service.

Where it was located around many stores. It was nice it included the breakfast. The rooms were spacious as well.

We had to switch rooms because the covers were stained and the room smelled. The second room smelled too but the covers were clean now the towels were also stained as well.
