Booking, prima di proporre, dovrebbe accertarsi che siano rispettate almeno le condizioni minime di igiene e di decoro. In questo caso non lo sono.

Camera al di sotto di qualsiasi standard di decenza. Pavimento sporco. Capelli e altri residui nella docci. Capelli nel lavandino. Zanzare nella camera.

Location was great and safe

Customer service though at the end was better, but still subpar. When I arrived I was told that my room is on the 2nd floor and by that time I was very tired from walking. They put me on the ground floor next to the reception and it was very poor quality, smaller and dirtier than what I had originally booked for. Then when I asked if the original room was better quality, the front desk lady said it's all the same quality, which turned out to not be true as the original room I was significantly bigger. I asked if this room was quiet and wanted to change already but she said it was. Not true as well. Since it's right by the front desk, the tv was on past 8, even though I was told the front desk will close at 8pm. Moreover it was next to the 'parking area' where motorcycles were parked. I heard noise early morning to night bc of the location. It was also unbearably hot without the ability to keep the window open. Even though the a/c unit was there, the remote control was not so I couldn't turn it on. After 2 nights I was ready to leave especially seeing the new posting of rooms to be advertised as 40% than what I paid for. After complaining and arguing with the front desk lady, who came in while I was gone and left the a/c unit on with the remote control, I was so tired of the gaslighting and lying constantly. Finally I got the room I paid for at halfway into my reservation. This was really a horrible experience and I will never be back. The front desk could have had an honest conversation and disclosed that the original room is better, instead they continued to mislead. I want a partial refund but no, they offered a small amount in September, which is 3 months away provided I don't give a negative rating. I would rather inform others of this place than receive 30 euros.

I asked to change room, because I was right by the reception on the ground floor, and they were prompt to give me a room upstairs!! They even moved my stuff while I was out. Excellent!!!

General cleaning needed on the outside of the house makes it impossible to open the room windows.

Very nice location, the building is rather charming and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful

This hotel has a bit of a cleanliness problem. I'm not an overly demanding guest but when i first moved into my room there were still dirty towles and trash from another guest lying around, there were cobwebs on the walls and the blanket was stained. The other problem was the housekeeping lady who very rudely berated me - almost shouted at me - because she thought i'd left the garden door open (i didn't but that's not the point - her manner of communication would have been inacceptable no matter what)

Location, and the staff who was nice

Honestly they need to fix it up, i do not think it has been repainted or fixed in years, and because of this it looks dirty. Shower door was broken and i had huge pool of water after each shower. Overall, it has a great potential if given a facelift.

Ein älteres Hotel, aber alles sehr freundlich und sauber. Ich komme gern wieder, liebe die ruhige, schöne Lage am Lido.
