Great location and value

The staff was super friendly and considering the price for Venizia it was exactly what I was expecting. The breakfast was 10 Euros per person and it include hams, cheese, breads, every type of coffee you might want and croissants, fruit pie, cereals, it was perfect to get ready for a day of walking. The bed was comfortable enough (on the firm side). The room and private bathroom was clean and every worked as expected, except the mini fridge which we didn't need. There was a very nice outdoors patio with multiple tables and chairs. It was just a few minutes bus ride from the Lido vaporetto. Safe neighborhood with local bakery and restaurants and even a local outdoor market just minutes away.

The place is a bit run down, but that is also part of the charm. I mean, if you want the Ritz, then go to the Ritz!! The place is clean and well managed by nice people, but it's a small old hotel. We liked it, and if you don't mind the 20-30 minutes vaporetto+bus ride to get to-and-from from San Marco, then you got some bang for your buck. Some new carpets and a fresh coat of paint would do then place some good.

Que las imágenes que aparecen en booking no coincide con lo que es actualmente, a manera de sugerencia sería bueno actualizar las fotos actuales del hotel.

friendly staff, good location

Some of the towels were dirty, maybe they mixed them up when they changed them. And I still don't understand why they charged us 11.2 euros as a city tax, even though the booking said 2.8 euros per person, and there were two of us.

Freundliches Personal und nah am Hafen, sowie an der Busstation.

Es ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend einer Renovierung. Zimmer sowie Empfangsbereich. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und die Heizung funktioniert angeblich erst, wenn allgemeine Heizperiode angefangen hat. Der Aussenbereich ist nicht gepflegt.
