Personale molto accogliente e disponibile stanze comode ottimi servizi e abbiamo apprezzato in generale la filosofia dell’hotel che costruisce i servizi intorno a ciascun ospite soddisfando tutti i suoi bisogni

Il phon in bagno si surriscaldava e smetteva di funzionare dopo pochi minuti e piatto doccia con scarico svitato

"¡Una experiencia de 10! Nos encantó el hotel"

Está muy bien situado, en una zona tranquila pero súper práctica, con bares y supermercados muy cerca. Desde el primer momento, el personal se portó de forma encantadora con nosotros. La habitación fue una maravilla: espaciosa, impecable y con una cama y almohadas comodísimas. El baño también era muy amplio. Nos sorprendió gratamente que, a pesar de haber reservado una de las habitaciones más económicas, daba al exterior y tenía un pequeño balconcito que daba mucha vida. La piscina es un auténtico plus, con unas vistas espectaculares de Mahón (¡diría que es el edificio más alto de la zona!). Además, la idea de tener café y snacks disponibles a cualquier hora nos pareció genial, sobre todo para tomar algo rápido al volver de la playa antes de salir a cenar. Un hotel de cuatro estrellas excelente. ¡Repetiremos seguro!
