Me gusto la habitacion, camas confortables, ducha perfecta, nevera minibar muy bien, y todo en general, el servicio de cafes gratuito las 24 horas, croissants recién hechos para los cafés y el servicio de ensaladas y demas opciones para comer, incluidas cervezas, vino y refrescos a partir de las 14:00 hasta última hora, todo gratuito para los clientes- Mención especial a la piscina climatizada, el jacuzzi, las saunas, el gym, etc todo gratuito para los clientes. La Atención en recepción excepcional. Es un gran hotel, repetiremos sin duda.

Fantastic. I honestly have nothing to complain about. The rooms were excellent and spotless, the spa was accessible throughout the day (free), and there was a pool and sun loungers on the rooftop. During breakfast, there was even a breakfast chef who prepared fresh omelets and pancakes to order. Everything was always fresh and very tasty. The price also included soft drinks, wine, beer, and light snacks available during the night. Within a 20-minute walk, you can find plenty of restaurants for dinner. The location is essentially in the city center, about a 5-minute walk from the main bus station, making it ideal if you don't have a car or don't want to use taxis. The staff were amazing as well. They always had a smile on their faces, did their best to accommodate requests, and were incredibly helpful in resolving a booking issue that I had caused myself. One thing to note is that smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel, including on the balconies. If you smoke, you need to go either to the rooftop or outside in front of the hotel. This wasn't an issue for us, but I can imagine it might be inconvenient for heavy smokers.
