"TV and Wake up call was disappointing."

"All rooms need a good mop"

The room was fine

The floor need to be mop cus i wip up some water and the napkin was black and it was just water so I look closer at the floor and yes it needed a good mop

Floor needed cleaning properly. Minutes after having had a shower, I discovered the soles of my feet were black.
