Nola Inn

Arrived having had a prepaid reservation. Received room key, opened room door and beds were unmade, trash around and obviously not cleaned. Excuse was they were remodeling. Sat outside room and watched while room was quickly cleaned by 3 people. Room was still filthy. Only thing were ok with was that we saw them change the bedding. Holes in walls, cobwebs, ceiling peeling, screws in ceiling for who knows what, command strips on the wall for who knows what, even the picture on the wall was dirty. Holes in curtain that didn't close all the way, switches caked with dirt, walls stained and dirty, hole in bathroom ceiling. I could go on. If it there were other hotels available we would have moved. We slept, got up early and left. We were afraid to use the shower. On top of it all, the toilet clogged.

This was the filthiest place I’ve ever been. I have no idea why Expedia promotes properties with health hazards.

Nasty

BEDBUG infestation!!! I killed over 10 but got bit over 10 times. When I reported it, they didn’t seem concerned.

This is an old property with a real sketchy clientele, pit bulls and all, but the bed was comfortable. NO telephone in room, no blanket, a broken heater/AC, and a carpet that was uncleanable. Nice young girl checked me in in broad daylight through a security window, which certainly made me feel insecure for my car, computers, and my own safety.

Room was dirty, looked like a renovation was started and no one cleaned up before it was rented out. Sheets were dirty and stained.

Run down garbage. This is a $35 a night level establishment

I reserved a king non smoking. All they had for me was 2 double smoking. The room was pretty dingy and unclean. The beds were very uncomfortable.

When i got there the first room had a back up toilet the next one no A/C, then they put me in one that didn't even have a TV, then they tried to put me in one with no cable??? I'm still waiting for my money to get put back on my bank card, but i don't know if its Hotel.com or America best inn???

Very dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty!!!!! There are stains on the sheets and I can see many small pieces (maybe snacks) on my sheets. There sheets have NOT been changed!!! I DO NOT recommend this hotel. I won’t use Americas Best Value Inn.
