The stay was highly disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for comfort or maintenance. The room had poor lighting throughout, making it feel dull and unwelcoming. The ceiling appeared poorly maintained, giving an overall neglected and unclean impression. The washroom was one of the major concerns, as there was a persistent unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable to use. The bathtub was not properly functional due to the absence of a water stopper, which made it inconvenient and frustrating. Additionally, the bathroom setup was poorly designed—switching on the light automatically activated a very loud exhaust fan, which was disruptive and annoying, especially during nighttime use. The property facilities also need significant improvement. The elevator was unreliable and did not close properly at times, which raised concerns about safety and usability. On top of that, the vending machine was not working correctly and did not accept coins, adding further inconvenience. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of proper maintenance, attention to detail, and basic guest comfort. Significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, equipment functionality, and overall upkeep to meet acceptable hospitality standards.

The room was ok…definitely recently renovated…the water took forever to get hot, the floor was extremely dirty and the rest of the hotel seemed run down…it was a bit pricey for what I got! Won’t be choosing this one again!
