Would prefer a more central location. Re furnishings: an armchair in room would be good. Bathrooms need updates. Inadequate parking.

A lovely experience—bed was comfortable, staff were friendly & helpful and breakfast was delicious.

Everything met or exceeded my expectations, except that the bathroom fan was not working properly.

"fair stay. food and lift was disappointing"

lift was very small. And lift didn't work the next day. breakfast was poor quality with limited choices

"Disappointed"

Falls information on the web.you said on your website there is a swimming pool at the facility but there is nothing. That's actually the reason why we booked on your hotel to relax a little and bit.thats why it's so disappointing
