Location near to railway station

Paid for breakfast but was told restaurant not open due to technical reason. Small of sewage near to restaurant Lift out of order with other lift extremely slow When I asked for a late check out I am leonardo member and should get free as a benefit but trainee manager asking for 20 pounds per room as i booked 2 then decided he was wavering this due to no breakfast however breakfast had been paid in rate

החדר היה מרווח ונעים. המיטה גדולה ומזמינה. המיקום פנטסטי גם מבחינת הגישה לעיר העתיקה, גם מבחינת הגישה לעיר החדשה וגם דקות ספורות של הליכה לתחנת הרכבת ולכל קווי האוטובוס הרלוונטיים. המארחת המקסימה המקבלת את פניך לארוחת הבוקר במלון גרמה לכל היום להיות טוב יותר.

במהלך שהייה בת 3 לילות אחת מתוך שתי מעליות הייתה מקולקלת כך שמעלית אחת שימשה את כל אורחי המלון ואת צוות העובדים. זה היה עמוס ומאד לא נוח ונראה כי שלושה ימים רצופים הם מספיק זמן בשביל לתקן מעלית. בנוסף, עקב תקלה, באחד הימים לא הגישו ארוחת בוקר במלון. אמנם חילקו קפה, מאפים ופירות בלובי, אבל הפתרון נראה היה לא מקצועי. עם זאת, ראוי לציין בהקשר זה את הצוות אשר עשה כמיטב יכולתו כדי להפוך את האירוע הזה לנעים.

Location- central, close to train station (walking distance)

Not clean - we found a piece of meat on the floor from previous clients and it was left there until we left. Elevator malfunction on Sunday. Kitchen malfunctioned on Sunday - only fruits and some pastries available (never happened to us in decades). We were offered a refund of 10 pounds (“do you really want it?”) out of the cost of ~40 of the breakfast. Overall, disappointing and clearly not worth the four stars. This is actually the worse review I have written for a hotel on booking in 10+ years.

Das Frühstück ist perfekt, lässt keine Wünsche übrig, die Lage ist optimal man kommt überall leicht hin. Wir konnten etwas früher als 15h einchecken, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es gibt insges. 3 Aufzüge, einer davon ist die ganze Zeit im Reparaturmodus gewesen, der daneben hat manchmal die Türe gar nicht geöffnet. In unserem Exekutive Zimmer und Bad gibt es sehr wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten, man weiß nicht wohin mit den Badetüchern und Toilettenartikel. Im Zimmer selbst gibt es keine Fächer. Die Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden, daher kein Frischluft.

Location was good walking distance to train station and very close to the Royal Mile.

Very small rooms, not best service you would get in so many aspect. Breakfast was not the best. Although the menu in the room clearly stated in-room dining options were available for 24/7, when we called the reception they insisted it wasn’t available and that this now changed. If so, please change the menu as we relied on the fact that it was available.
