Nice and clean hotel, has everything you need to explore the city. Breakfast was ideal. Me and my family felt safe around the area. Lots of facilities and transport options. A good sea food restaurant nearby by the river.

1. We asked for an extra blanket. None was provided. 2. The 'minibar' cupboard was empty and had no refrigerator. 3. The gate to the garage did not work and remained open all night. 4. The bathroom had no window and no ventilation.

"Poor service and attitude"

Overall disappointed with the service provided. We asked for a help with our bathroom but they remained negligent and did not help us even after requesting constantly over 2 days! The main guy said ‘they are busy’ and did not seem to care.
