The facility is very dated, and the pool area needs a lot of attention.

Absolutely freaking horrible !!! Someone had went into my room and stole my credit card and little bit of cash I did have and I let the front desk know and called the police to make a report and the manager even came up there Diane, she promised me the following morning another manager would be in to pull back cameras well next day gets here and literally I’m being avoided so badly and no managers came in period and front desk people couldn’t tell me a dang thing and then when I literally stood there and told the lady I’m not leaving from there until she could get someone higher up on the phone so I can speak to them ..she got Diane on the phone and she refused to speak to me and a few hours later I walk thru the lobby and the lady at front desk said I was told to tell you that you can stay here tonight but in the morning you have to check out and we will refund you for the remaining 4 nights you have with us and I was pretty upset bc I couldn’t understand why other than they said bc of what happened . Like lady I didnt do anything wrong at all other than come and inform you idiots you have thieves working for you and you told me you would do this or that so who the hell yall covering up for. I left the next morning and it is four days later. I still haven’t received my refund and I kept checking on my Expedia account and the hotel didn’t even check me out. It had me as I was still there and I finished my entire stay with them!!!

The carpets were stained and the lobby and hallways smelled strongly of smoke. The room didn’t smell like smoke but had stains on the sheets and bedding and there was hair in the shower. Washcloths were stained and looked dirty as well.

Horrible, flies everywhere and mold

This is second time I booked a room with country inn and suites in Kingsland and will never book again. The first time I booked a king wheelchair accessible room on the 28th got a double bed instead which was no room for wheelchair, but a week out for May 19th booked a king wheelchair accessible room got a king bed but my husband who is in wheelchair could not get to sink because couldn’t get wheelchair under sink and instead of a wheelchair accessible shower we got a bathtub which he couldn’t get to because of door even if he could have been able to get to the tub he wouldn’t have been able to get in the tub. This room is not wheelchair accessible and shouldn’t be used as such and should never be advertised as such in online rental. Bed was uncomfortable.

It was extremely old and dirty. Our neighbors were smoking Weed that filled our hallways. The blanket was very dingy.

Room 206: TV had the worst sound, remote was difficult, very limited TV stations, pillows to small for king bed, metal frame under bed kept stubbing toe on it, dehumidifier was too loud, threw a towel over it. Gym had two treadmills and both were out of order, gym not good, No water pressure in shower. Breakfast lady was not pleasant. The entry door to room 206 should automatically close without having to pull the door closed to lock. The sweet iced tea needed to be sweeter, pink lemonade dispenser didn’t work. The chocolate chip cookies were EXCELLENT. Coffee in room was good. Water refill in breakfast area was appreciated.
