Sängarna och frukosten samt att det gick att låna cykel gratis

Ganska slitet. Förstår inta att man ofta får en sämre standard när man bokar med hund. Man betalar ju ändå extra för det. Något som hade uppskattats hade varit en vattenskål/matskål till hunden på rummet. Det saknades ett litet kylskåp (minibar). Hissarna krånglade.

Badet och maten.

Att frukosten bara varade tills kl.9 30..Vi hade sovmorgon och kom ner och fick stressa för att få vår frukost. Personalen dukade av fast dom såg jag stod där med 4 barn som försökte välja .Eftersom vi betalde för frukosten tycker jag personalen kan vara mer flexibla och låta gästen plocka sin frukost och inte ta bort maten och sträcka sig emellan oss vilket dom gjorde.
