No me hicieron el reembolso del depósito, y prácticamente solo llegamos a dormir aproximadamente a las 11 de la noche, y nos fuimos a las 7 am lo único que usamos fue la cama y la bañera, se quedaron los 100 dólares del depósito, al principio aparecía que si lo habían reembolsado pero al final no apareció nada en mi cuenta

It was clean

No ground floor as requested No coffee in room as all others I have stayed in Bed too firm, hurt my back. Disability room wasn’t near an entrance or exit. Had to walk a long way from elevator to my room. No ice machine on my floor.

It was a nice room but it would be nicer/better if they had some bedside lamp lighting. The lighting was super-bright all-or-nothing, with no option to just have some nice lamp light with the big bright lights off at night.

It was loud, both from doors closing in the hall to highway noise outside. That was my only complaint.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean.

There wasn't a hair dryer or iron in the room. I had to go to the front desk, and they didn't have any hair dryers on site. Also, I forgot my toothbrush, and they didn't have one at the front desk. A good idea since the hotel is so close to the highway, put the sound barrier curtains in the room. It was very loud.

There was an Waffle House next door. Great service in clean towels and trash taken out. Great front desk help. The view wasn't bad. It was close to the location for State Swim meet.

Fan connected with light in the bathroom.... When I was putting on makeup, the lighting was bad due to location of light and the noise of the fan was not necessary.
