Dirty from the entrance door and on. I should have read the reviews, but I shouldn’t have to.

For this price, the hotel was good. The room size was nice, and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, and overall it was a good experience.

The only negative side was that the washing and dryer machines did not accept credit cards, so I had to go outside of the hotel to do laundry.

Was ok

Some of the staff were very nice, especially most of the people at the front desk. However, the cleaning staff was often very loud and their behavior sometimes felt aggressive and not very pleasant. They should be more respectful of guests and quieter around the rooms. Also, during a tornado watch, I asked one employee where the shelter area was located, and he laughed and told me to stay in my room on the second floor. That was not professional and did not feel safe or appropriate.

There was never anyone at the desk, they were behind closed doors. I had to ring bell a couple of times to be able to check in.
