"Priced too high for area/amenities"

The price was definitely a bit steep for the amenities and breakfast. The staff were kind and polite. The room was blasé and very generic. The long mirror like ‘headboards’ were a bit creepy especially after all recent crime videos showing 2 way mirrors. Plank flooring or vinyl would be better than the office trailer type and the RR flooring was very outdated. The main room and shower /sink appeared very clean, but had a bit of smoke smell ( allergic and extremely sensitive to it). The breakfast - though they do NOT NECESSARILY need to offer one was ALL carbs and grain. Nothing for people who cannot eat that though it read breakfast it is definitely continental/grab go. Overall ok for $55 less. This was more than Drury Inn when considering the TWO MEALS difference especially. Area was more restaurants , shopping, quick on/off highway there but both were pretty quiet at night. Sure Stay gets truck/ business and grain bin? traffic fairly early. Sure Stay had nice dog walk area and a couple outdoor seating areas that were nice addition. Drury Inn $104 /tax w indoor/outdoor pool & two ‘meals’ Here $116 cont. breakfast

I got a suite and it didn't have anything in it not even a shower curtain. No soap or coffee or anything. Was way to expensive to deal with all that. Didn't realize it till the next morning while trying to get ready for work.

"Very affordable and the closest hotel to downtown and campus."

The value—it’s very affordable. The staff was friendly and attentive. The free breakfast was surprisingly good.

The bathroom had a couple things not work—the toilet didn’t work that great. The smell may be triggering for sensitive noses. This is a non-smoking hotel but there was definitely a musty scent in the common areas.
