We didn’t even stay I would like a refund

There was urine all over the bed very dirty hotel

The view from balcony nice view of lake , good area close to all stores easy check in.Autumn was so nice she checked us in quickly ,and was very helpful .

Nothing it was a great stay.

I like that it was clost to the lake.

the room was verry outdated and not verry clean. saw webbs in the light fictures webbs on top of the curtains. towls were very old and ruff . the bed was not comfortable at all.

We had a balcony which was nice. We could see the river in daylight. Staff was very friendly and helpful

I guess some poor people got stuck in one of the elavators (again, according to staff it happens regularly) The pillows SUCKED. Come on, they can’t be that expensive to replace !! Our first room’s bathroom had no working plug- for the hotel supplied blow dryer or additional items customers brought. We were switched to a room one floor up. There was a lock on the pool/spagates. No bueno.

I liked the location and the price was awesome

I requested an upgraded room because I read reviews saying fridge or micro didnt work. I even called before hand to make sure and they said yes it is in the notes. I did not get an upgraded room, she did try but could not. The fridge freezer was froze over could not use. The door had no bracket to put stuff on the side so that was no use. we had only 2 towels (small) no washcloth 1 hand towel. Had to request more which they did provide. The location was GREAT the price was GREAT The jacuzzi had tiles all off very dangerous but at the end of our stay they closed it off to fix. The upgraded room looked great so If i did return I would definitley get the upgraded room. But like this itme who knows if you will.

DIRTY! Volume in tv didn’t work. We book extended stay for 28 days and was suppose to get room with kitchen. Didn’t happen. Terrible experience
