Please note that the map shows that Relais de Margaux - Golf & Spa is very close to Blaye but there is no bridge to cross the river so it is actually 47 mi by car from Blaye. Please note that the spa, fitness center, indoor swimming pool and golf course are available at an additional charge. spa and wellness center "not accessible to people under 16 years of age" Room service is available at an additional charge from 07:00 to 10:30 and from 12:00 to 22:00. The bar is open every day from 11:00 to 00:00. The reception is open 24 hours a day and free parking is available. The golf course is opened from Monday to Sunday. On arrival an additional pre-authorization of €100 per night will be requested to cover any extras.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. L’accueil, la gentillesse et la réactivité du personnelIs

L’établissement d’une manière générale manque d’entretien, notre chambre avait un lavabo fêlé, le sèche serviette cassé, le boîtier pour régler la température HS…. La salle du petit déjeuner et de restauration était jolie mais demande des travaux (murs abîmés…). Pour un séjour prolongé il faut chercher un autre lieu pour manger car la carte ne propose que 3 plats différents.

L'emplacement, le spa, le confort de la literie et la tranquillité

L'hôtel est très daté. Le mobilier des chambres, les salles de bain, la déco, le hall d'accueil, la salle de restaurant sont à repenser entièrement. Et surtout un menu à la Brasserie qui ne vaut pas 41€, tout comme le PDJ à 20€ avec pour ce prix meme pas un café digne de ce nom où un simple choix de pain. Quel dommage car le potentiel de cet établissement est énorme au regard de sa localisation.
