Please note that the map shows that Relais de Margaux - Golf & Spa is very close to Blaye but there is no bridge to cross the river so it is actually 47 mi by car from Blaye. Please note that the spa, fitness center, indoor swimming pool and golf course are available at an additional charge. spa and wellness center "not accessible to people under 16 years of age" Room service is available at an additional charge from 07:00 to 10:30 and from 12:00 to 22:00. The bar is open every day from 11:00 to 00:00. The reception is open 24 hours a day and free parking is available. The golf course is opened from Monday to Sunday. On arrival an additional pre-authorization of €100 per night will be requested to cover any extras.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Séjour bien agréablement passé"

La dame chargée du bar/brasserie est au top Notre chambre était bien aménagé sauf que la chauffage n’avait pas bien fonctionné - le chambre était chaud et on ne peut pas réussir à baisser la température J’apprécie l’opportunité de decouvrir le terrain de golf

La plupart des choix au restaurant n’était pas disponible et le spa était fermé

Super Spa… joli piscine couverte bien chauffée, sauna Hammam belle salle de repos donnant sur le golf avec tisane. Salle de fitness… J ai profité seule de toute l’installation ! Le luxe… Chambre très spacieuse, literie parfaite.

Pas de bar… La Brasserie, un seul menu ce soir là. Ambiance un peu cantine… Par contre à Margaux très bon restaurant… En effet beaucoup de couloirs… accueil minimaliste il faut dire que nous n’étions pas nombreux ce soir là dans l’hôtel.

Le cadre ,l’accueil, le personnel super aimable, la chambre propre et spacieuse le calme.le restaurant très bon.

Bonjour juste l’eau de la piscine était froide 28 un peu plus chaude aurait permis de rester un peu plus longtemps et de profiter 32 serait mieux.

La chambre spacieuse avec la moquette au sol, tre agréable.La literie exceptionnelle, la salle de bain avec tout les produits, les peignoir pour le spa, le spa aussi. Dans oublié le restaurant très bon de l'entrée au dessert. Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié.

Manque un jaccuzi au niveau du spa

Évier cassé, la bouilloire sans prise de branchement, la piscine intérieure froide en plein janvier... La réceptionniste pas accueillante, et la dame de service du petit déjeuner ne sert vraiment à rien, plus de café, plus de pain, table pas dresser ect..

La literie est vraiement tres confortable.le cadre reste assez chic, le personnel rehaussse l image de l établissement ...

La route pour acceder au chateau est tres endommagée..les installations manques vraiement de modernite, la piscine était froide et pas trés propre ...le plateau d accueil dégarnie,les vollets de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas , et il fallait si reprendre a deux fois pour la chasse d eaux...l enquete de satifation du dernier était sur le bureaux... Dommage pour un établissement de la part duquel ont attend plus de prestige...quelques petite choses pourrait l ameliorer...
