The staff was rude, didn’t communicate a charge he just took it from my card, when I asked him about it he said “all hotels charge a extra fee” I asked why he didn’t ask me if it was ok etc he said you wanted me to come ask you then go back and finish the reservation?

I liked how there was a Ruby Tuesday's right across the street. Had it not been so cold and snowing, you can walk there, no problem.

Almost everything. The staff is cold and unwelcoming. There is only front door access. No entry is posted on all side doors. Some of the lights in the room were missing bulbs. The walls are paper thin. The hallways are missing parts of the ceiling, and wiring is all exposed. The room was pretty gross. The TV was wall mounted and had an articulating mount, but if you moved the TV at all, it would be unplugged from the wall. The TV barely worked when it was not constantly buffering. The shower had large holes and cracks in it. There was mold around the base of the tub and shower walls. There was an old TV mount which was covered in dust. The vents in the fan/heater unit were STUFFED with dust. I had to clean them in the tub so the room didn't smell like it was about to light on fire. There were old french fries and other food debris on top of the "closet." The walls are filthy... I mean FILTHY. There are also security cameras mounted in the hallway that spotlight you when you walk by in a manner to make that makes you feel watched. The vending machine is waaaay overpriced. The bed is thin and creaks with every movement. The bed reminded me of when I was young and had a futon. There are two thin pillows given with a queen room. There is no microwave and no mini fridge. Even on the bottom floor, the windows only open about 1/2 an inch. I will never stay here again and regret not spending the extra 10 bucks to stay next door. HORRIBLE.
