Likte rommet og flott personalet som jobbet i resepsjonen. Middagen var god, men lang ventetid.

En skuffelse var en ukoselig restaurant. Lite betjening der. Null service da vi spiste middag. Ga opp å skulle bestille desær, ingen som servet oss.

We didn’t manage to get to the Lofoten Islands due to weather conditions and had to stay in Narvik and that hotel appeared to be a real discovery for us. The quality/price ratio for the North of Norway is superb! It is located a bit uphill next to the mountain ski slope. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff is friendly and polite. We have got a spacious room with a balcony. There were a kettle and tea/coffee, a hairdryer, a TV in the room. The hotel provides diverse and nutritious breakfasts. A supermarket is just across the road. If ever in Narvik we will definitely stay here again.

The dining room can be busy at times so perhaps the hotel is understaffed. It might work better if there were a trolley in the dining room to let customers place dirty dishes themselves to get the tables vacant for the subsequent guests.
