Beautiful view, from the room and restaurant access to waterfront! The pool is nice too.

Charge for parking when there’s plenty of it! Ontario residents shouldn’t be taxed! The travel tax.

Lovely waterfront location!

All the extra taxes - Facility Fee $16.95 Municipal accommodation tax $6.36 Destination, marketing fee $7.95 Plus HST on all of those things. Plus a charge for using Visa My $159.00 room came to a total of $214.99!

The room faced the lake and the balcony

The chairs on the balcony were covered in bird crap, which I complained about immediately, but nothing was done to rectify the situation

The room. The lack of cleanliness and safety. The inconsistencies with the staff information and processes. Poor resolve from manager it simple acknowledgement of the front desk issues.

"Nice location but so overpriced."

The location.

The rate I paid through Booking.com was outrageously overpriced. When I raised this with the staff, they said there was no recourse because I didn’t book with the hotel directly. This makes me question the value of online booking. The complimentary breakfast need not have been offered as most items and plates and cutlery were not replenished in a timely manner.
