Fajny hotel. Śniadania ok. Lokalizacja ok

Niestety trafiliśmy na brudne prześcieradło. Z racji na zakwaterowanie po godz 23 informacje przekazaliśmy personelowi rano.

A recepciónál a hölgyek kedvesek, figyelmesek, segítőkészek. A reggeli ízletes bőséges. A reggeli zavartalanságát segítők precízek, odafigyelők, udvariasak. A helyszínen is van lehetőség következő napi reggeli kérésére. A kilátás fantasztikus, mindent megér. Novotel a város szivében található. Innen könnyű eljutni a város nevezetességeihez.Lehetőség volt a nappali órákban vendég fogadására. A bekészítés minden igényt kielégít. A tisztaság tökéletes, a gondoskodás lehetőségének felajánlása nagyon odafigyelő. A szoba tágas, kényelmes, ǰó, hogy erkéllyel rendelkezik. A fürdőszoba korszerű, jól felszerelt. Ugyan nem volt most rá szükségem, de biztosított a köntös használata. Örültem volna egyszerű papucsnak is.

Jobb lehetett volna a tájékoztatás a korai csak regisztráció feláráról. Elmaradt a csomagmegőrzés felajánlása. A recepciónál az úr határozottan nem volt segítőkész.

Finom, változatos reggeli. Érdekes digitális játék asztal található a szálloda halljában.

Amit a szálloda ígér és kínál, az minden tökéletes volt. Számomra ami egy nagy plusz pont lenne, az egy pingpong asztal és egy pezsgő fürdő.
