The room size is spacious, and there are many activities nearby. The breakfast changes from a buffet to eggs and ham. The staff were friendly and the wifi was good. The room did not have heat, considering how cold night can be. There are many blankets, so I sleep well.

Amazing service! They allowed us to store our luggage for 4 days when we went to the Galapagos - made that trip so much easier! Great breakfast, menu service for other meals. Bar mixes great drinks. Stay was perfect!!

We stayed at this lovely hotel for two nights. We were extremely pleased with our room as it was on the 10th floor and had a beautiful view of the city. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. Given that this hotel was located in Quito and not Las Vegas, the room was truly outstanding. Finally, the breakfast buffet is large and delicious.

The staff was very friendly, in particular I want to thank one of the receptionists (unfortunately I don't remember her name) for informing me where I can buy the SIM card and also helping me to install it. Thank you!👏

I think the breakfast should have been richer...
