We loved staying there the view was awesome we would recommend to stay there and we will be back

I was disappointed this stay, previously the room was clean, modern, air-conditioned, free of cockroaches, hence the reason to return. I don't think we will visit this property again

The place has amazing verandahs overlooking the ocean with a lot of space; however the bedrooms don’t have air conditioning (only fans). FOXTEL and new appliances including washer/dryer were a plus.

Great customer service but rooms were a little dirty.

The wifi was unavailable throughout the whole living space except for a small space outside on the patio. Literally had to sit in a chair the whole time and not move to get about 1-2 bars of wifi. Eas very unfortunate considering I'm traveling from the United States and needed wifi to communicate to certain people. You have to sign up for Mantra+ membership(free) yet the signal was not efficient at all throughout the whole room. The room was clean, basic soap and towels were provided. Single use dish soap and dishwasher soap. No extra trash bags or paper towels available. No filtered drinking water available. Lobby, pool, jacuzzi, elevators and everything were easy access and clean. Staff was kind and helpful. Other than the wifi, it was a great stay.

This is our 2nd stay at the Peninsula and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The location is perfect, the apartment is stylish and very large and the views are incredible. We feel like a resident when staying there as everyone is so friendly.

An older hotel but we'll maintained and plenty of upgrades along the way. Extensive painting underway when we were there. Great location in easy walking distance to all Surfer Paradise has to offer.

Good location however state of premises, dirty windows which significantly spoilt the view, and service provided by number of staff left a very unpleasant result

A very spacious room, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living area. a/c in both bedrooms and a very large 2-door fridge. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

It is a shame because this a good place, but the apartment we got 19A was filthy and we had to clean almost the entire apartment before we could use it (had to fix the vacuum first), there food in the sofa, plastic plant in the lounge was so dusty and dirty every time you went near it dust flew off and the bathrooms were grimy. Once cleaned it was okay (except the plastic plant wouldn't touch that). Then we were so nervous to use anything due to the fire alarm and the big notices on the wall saying if we set it off it would be a huge cost, it was stressful. I would stay at these apartments again, but would be very careful of what apartment we were given, that was the shame, once cleaned up the apartment was fine, but I don't find it acceptable that things are dirty there is no excuse for this and it made the entire experience stressful and disappointing
