"Staff was lovely but many things didn’t work. Upstairs room so don’t bring heavy suitcases!"

The location was close to downtown Seward and we were able to walk.

The coffee maker didn’t work, the blow dryer didn’t work, the bathroom fan didn’t work. The room could have been much cleaner. And we have no idea what soap was in the shower; shampoo, body wash, etc. since there’s no label.

I had no idea what I was booking and I was pleasantly surprised to find that this place was clean & comfortable. It was exactly what we needed the night before boarding a cruise through Alaska. The staff was super friendly & helpful. They offered to hold our luggage while we walked about town waiting for our room. The room ended up being ready early. We took a train in from Anchorage and the only problem I had was my phone didn't have any signal at the train station and I didn't know there was a free shuttle that would take me within yards of the hotel. We endede up walking a mile to the hotel.
