Location, but not front facing rooms as they are over a dual carriageway which is extremely busy 24 hours and windows aren't soundproofed, so it sounds like you're stood next to the road.

The hotel staff wouldn't give me the room I booked which on Booking.com stated was overlooking the courtyard and had soundproofing. After taking my payment, they gave me a front facing room overlooking a loud dual carriageway with no soundproofing, so it's impossible to get any sleep. The room absolutely stunk of cannabis. Upon complaining, the receptionist staff refused to move me to a room that I had booked with a courtyard view and soundproofing, saying that I should have requested this upon booking, despite me showing them the booking.com room that I had booked which stated these features. Upon being insistent that I be moved rooms, I was dismissed by the reception staff member with an Accor Group email address to complain to. I emailed them last night and to request a refund, but expect to get the same dismissive attitude as the staff in the hotel provided me with. I also have a booking for next week and have messgaed them to provide assurance that I will get a room with a courtyard view and soundproofing and not a front facing room over the dual carriageway, but haven't received a reply. Atrocious customer service at this hotel.
