Conviniance

Advertised room with Air conditioning, and messaged them to confirm to have room with Air conditioning. As it was a heat wave at that time. When I got to my room, there was no AC. Very disappointed, could of told me this before checking in, however they gave me a fan, which helped

I like that there were 3 beds so 3 people could fit into.

Given such a high price approximately £80 per day, it is north worth it. A couple of reasons: the location is not close to the Barking train station (15 mins walk), limited breakfast options and not so fresh, not all staff were friendly, no water included and the lighting was bad (room was too gloomy). If the price dropped to £40 per day, then I accept these limitations. But for £80, I rather stay somewhere else even if it means traveling distance to London is long. £80 feels like a ripoff.
