You get what you pay for and that's exactly what we needed. We didn't need the bells and whistles, stuff were very accommodating and friendly.

I wish there was not an extra charge park on the property

The location and venue itself was good, staff were friendly and Tesco around the corner was an added bonus. Room was OK from a facilities point of view except for big point mentioned in negative feedback.

There is no air con (no I am not saying this from a diva point of view) but in general there is no cool air circulating and the room was on the top floor (2nd). It is like being in a sauna non stop, it was sooo hot (even with outside cooling down to nightime temps)! There was a minimal store bought fan and a window that opened a small amount (to a very busy loud main carriageway road), but in general this is not enough for any temperature above like 15○. Bear in mind this room has a bunk bed that is high from a heat rising point of view and it was hard to deal with the heat sleeping up there.

The drains smelled bad! You walked into the room and there was a stench.
