"absolutely horrific."

nothing.

i intended on staying here for one night and when i got into my room is smelt like cigarette smoke which my room was NO SMOKING. looked nothing like the pictures and the sheets and bedding were disgusting. we asked for a room change, they told us no. asked for a refund and they also told us no. DO NOT recommend. lost my money and sleeping in my car for the night because they have poor service and wouldn’t even let us try another room.

"Not happy."

They didn’t think it clean enough , there was a piece of hotdog that had been in the corner of the room for a very long time. They just weren’t comfortable enough there . I was going to get my money back and move them down the road to a better place but they didn’t call back , they had a baby that had just had surgery and they needed to check in earlier than 2 . They paid an extra 40$ for that, which we were expecting to pay extra because we had already informed the front office that they needed in early . I don’t mind spending the money when you have a clean and comfortable place to relax. Anyway it left me upset that they weren’t comfortable enough. Kathy lane , tracking # 6491189859 .

"Excellent"

We got to stay in remodeled room and it was fresh and nice and new

It’s always hard to use a motel that has construction going on and we did not get a breakfast
