Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Chester

this hotel was a gem to find especially for a solo traveler with handicap room needs. stayed on the 2nd floor. stayed three days. stay was quiet, temperature of room was kept pleasant and plenty of hot water. finally got some decent sleep which was something have not had in previous two weeks of travel. breakfast area was not used much but what was there was adequate. easy on and off the highway and near major routes. price for stay was more than fair. will return

The price for the nightly rate was great. The bed was comfortable. The coffee was good.

I could have used an extra blanket in the room. The room good use a paint job.

Neat and clean

All good

1. No ledge or hooks in the bathroom to place or hang our toiletry bags; the back of the commode was not enough room to hold items. 2. Although I asked at the time of booking if there was a hot breakfast, I was told there was. The "hot" breakfast consisted of waffles and other carbs and no meat or eggs. 3. The electrical outlet under the bedside ledge was falling out of the wall with no cover so it couldn't be used. Not enough electrical outlets in the room. Electrical outlets at the desk didn't work. 4. The sidewalk was cleared but there was not enough salt or sand on the driveway so it was quite icy and dangerous to walk to the car as temperatures never rose above 30 degrees.

Staff was nice

Things needed to be fixed in room. Bed uncomfortable. Heating stuffy.
