Je suis très déçu de mon expérience dans cet hôtel lors de mon départ, le personnel de la réception a été impoli et peu professionnel alors que j’étais pressé de prendre mon train, j’ai dû attendre inutilement pour effectuer mon check-out malgré l’urgence de ma situation aucune considération n’a été accordée à mon temps ce manque de respect et de courtoisie a gâché une expérience qui aurait pu être agréable. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel en raison de la mauvaise qualité du service à la réception 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Uygun fiyatlı bir otel, marakeş tren istasyonuna yürüyerek geçiyorsunuz bu tarz bir transfer yapmayı düşünüyorsanız güzel bir konumu var. Fiyat/performans oteli

The friendly ness and professionalism of the staff was welcoming I especially appreciated Said’s kind support with luggage’s both during check in and out It was a pleasure staying at the hotel

Классный отель, чистый, вкусно пахнет, тихо, хотя он находится рядом с вокзалом. Очень удобно добираться до Мараккеша (ж/д вокзал находится через дорогу).

Нет завтраков, но это ОК.
