The night receptionist was extremely, extremely poor in terms of service – honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. I called several times during the night and no one answered the phone. I kept calling, and when I finally went down to the reception desk, he told me, “I’m busy checking someone in.” I asked him what would happen if I had a real emergency, such as a problem in my room or even a fire, and he simply replied, “Call the police.” When I told him that I would report this to the management in the morning, he replied, “Tell whoever you want, I’m busy.” I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. If there were a rating lower than 1, I would give it to this hotel. I could not sleep all night and remained anxious and frightened, especially since I could not find a proper lock on the room door. As I was alone in the room, I was genuinely worried that something might happen to me, and the receptionist’s attitude only made me feel even more unsafe. الموظف الي كان بالرسبشن في الليل جدا جدا جدا سيء من اسوء الخدمات الي ممكن اشوفها و اتعامل فيها بحياتي. ولا مرة رنيت بالليل و رد على التلفون لدرجة اني ضليت ارن و ما رد و لما نزلت عندو على الرسبشن قلي أنا مو فاضي عندي وحدة بسجلها دخول. و سالتو لو كان فعلا صار عندي ظرف او مشكلة بالغرفة او حريق و رنيت عليك و ما رديت شو الحل قلي ب كل بساطة رني على الشرطة. و لما قلتلو رح احكي للادارة عندك الصبح قلي احكي لمين ما بدك أنا مو فاضي. فعلا عمري ما لقيت اسوء من هيك تعامل لو في اقل من 1 بعطيه لهيك اوتيل. ما نمت طول الليل و ضليت خايفة منو خصوصا اني ما لقيت لوك للباب و ضليت خايفة يصير معي اشي و كنت لحالي بالغرفة. أتوقع اسم الموظف عزيز.

الغرفة صغيره جدا

سيء سيء سيء اسوء تعامل موظف بالعالم. ما شفت اسوء منو لفيت اكتر من 15 دولة بحياتي هو اسوء اشي. شكرا
