The property is dated. There’s stairs on both sides of the elevator for some reason which make it almost worthless. The shower head in the bathroom was busted. No free airport shuttle even though it’s one of the closest hotels to the airport.

Perfect location, hotel very good and staff were excellent 👌

Food was lovely and the staff are amazing.

The rooms are jaded and need decorating, particularly the bathroom.

I would rate the property as a 4 star for location but definitely only a 3 for condition of the property. Clean but very tired and in need of refurbishment.

Our room was in the basement area , below reception floor. Bad smell of sewage. Location is very quiet no sign of any good nightlife but ideal for those who want a quiet holiday, close to the airport

The hotel location was good right on the coast so lovely views. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices. The room was clean and there was tea and coffee provided. Also a small fridge. Everything was adequate and I was on a higher floor.

Room was a bit dated and some things seems a bit tired. I was not sure why I was not given a room with a balcony as I was there for quite a few nights. I thought being with booking.com you are given the impression you get a deal because you book frequently but it seems some places put you in not as nice a room as their other guests or because you are a solo traveller. It has happened before. Also no facilities for spa treatments were available as people were on holiday. You are advised you get discount on massage if you booked within 48hr of arrival. No one was there to offer that service.
