Café da manhã muito caro!!! Falta uma Máquina de Café

Solicitei um LATE Check Out, para às 13 horas, me foi negado pois disse que o Hotel iria receber muitos Hóspedes neste horário, pedi para ser às 12:30 horas, também me foi negado. Eu queria sair mais tarde do hotel pois queria passear mais uma vez em Madri e meu TREM para Barcelona era somente às 16:22 horas, mesmo assim SÓ PEDI 1 HORA de LATE Check Out e me foi negado!! Fiquei na Recepção aguardando até às 15:30 horas, pois não valia a pena ir para a Estação de Trem tão cedo, e Não vi chegar nenhum hospede NOVO no hotel para fazer check in (CHEGOU SÓ UM) Então a recepcionista (atendente) me mentiu dizendo que não poderia fazer o Check OUT porque o Hotel estava/iria ficar Lotado e as pessoas precisavam do Apt liberado! Acho que 1 hora muda muiuto para o hospede, pois pode aproveitar mais a cidade, e 1 hora não muda nada para o hotel, ainda mais se não for usar o Apt como não usou!!! Com certeza nunca mais ficarei hospedado neste hotel e também nunca indicarei para nínguém!

Nice clean, bright and modern rooms in a good and handy location.

Not the most well equipped rooms and the noise from other rooms and doors slamming all over the hotel did wake us often.
