I am Dheeraj Sharma from Sydney and recently stayed for 3 nights at Jaypee Siddharth Hotel in New Delhi. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, the food was enjoyable, and the housekeeping staff were very attentive and helpful. However, I did feel that the reception staff could improve their hospitality. They came across as quite dry and unwelcoming, with no smiles or greetings during interactions. It seemed, at least from my experience, that they were more attentive towards local government officials. With a more warm and friendly approach at the front desk, the overall guest experience could be significantly enhanced.
