"Excellent stay"

I stayed at Peerless Hotel from 10th May to 24th May, and overall my experience was excellent. I would especially like to appreciate the housekeeping team for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene consistently throughout my stay. Their service was prompt, professional, and always delivered with a pleasant attitude. The restaurant staff also deserve special mention for their courteous behaviour, attentive service, and hospitality. Every interaction reflected warmth and professionalism, making dining a very comfortable experience. I would also like to appreciate the reception staff for their cordial and cooperative behaviour. They were always polite, helpful, and ready to assist whenever required, which made the stay even more pleasant. There was only one issue related to Room 1505. Since the room is located adjacent to the staff access door, there was noticeable noise every time the door opened and closed. At times, it felt as if someone was opening the room door itself, which disturbed comfort and rest. Apart from this concern, the overall stay experience was truly wonderful, and I sincerely appreciate the hospitality extended by the entire team.

"Decent hotel"

I stayed at this hotel two months ago for a solo trip and had a decent experience. The front desk associate, Sujit, was incredibly helpful and guided me throughout my stay, and the housekeeping staff was equally attentive. However, I feel the food quality could be improved. Overall, it’s a nice place for solo travelers.

Nice stay, one of the best stay we had. Specially I would like to mention pradipta who helped us a lot. We faced some problem during our stay, but he ensured for a smooth stay after that. Every thing was went good specially the reception peoples are awesome. Thanks pradipta will see you soon.

"**Duty Manager Sunanda – Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Behavior** I had a very disappointing ex"

Those room are like a jail with no view, no fan only AC. If anything happens in that room, you will suffocate to death. Windows are bolted and annoying wallpaper is pasted on all the windows. However happy person you are, you will be depressed living in that room. OYO rooms are far better than this atleast they have a fan and a view at times. In this hotel you get nothing.
