Really lovely accommodation and great views. Close proximity to beach,shops and restaurants

Close to the bench and CBD, dining. Only issue is the nightclub noise at night, can be heard even though all the windows are shut.

in overall the room was nice the view as well! but the problem is with the the cleaning, we should clean by ourselves but in reality some other hotels they do cleaning every day! the swimming pool and sauna were terrible, cold all the time, how come ?! we asked about it one of the staff member and he called someone from the hotel and put him on speaker, he said that the water is cold because of the rain ?!! what an excuse?! in addition to that the room was so wet. even our clothes been very wet we wanted to go out, we were putting them on dryer before to ware it, because they also been very wet?!

Room was not clean and the guy at the front desk was very rude actually burping while he talked to me. Will not recommend to anyone.

Excellent location, and free parking was great. Pools were amazing. Not having free wifi (not even in the lobby) was a bit of a downer.

Awesome location all the shops and main Surfers mall is situated under the hotel. Walk straight out to the main beach. Parking is great and easy. The cleaness and well maintained pool I've been in. If you don't want to go out you can watch all of Surfers City from your balcony including the nite life. Can get noisey at nite but it's worth the entertainment. We stayed at Alunga last 2 times. This time we were at Ballah hotel, I'd prefer Alunga.

It was a beautiful room, a little to high for me, I like to be on 10 and down. The cleaners don't do a great job especially in the bathroom and kitchen the oven was discussing. Other then that it was good.

Great location. Closel to the beach. Great pool. Big issue at night with noise from nearby nighr clubs pubs jRooms coukd do with an update. Air conditionier was ancient.

Perfect location for a relaxing weekend. Room was clean and well furnished. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants on Cavil Avenue. Very happy with my stay

not clean, mouldy shower, dusty, dirty pans, dishes, cutlery, not enough cutlery or utensils, pool not really heated when we visited. I paid for 2 rooms in one transaction yet we were put in separate buildings. It was meant to be a family holiday. Reception rude and said nothing theyt could do about it
