It’s very dirty the rooms are terrible smells old and dusty not worth it

It was very unhygienic the sheets smells like dust room right when u open the door smells like dust carpet is sticky and the pillows looked like they couldn’t afford new ones some pillows looked like a pillow split in half and after I left I was sick from the av smelled like old mold

The location and the staff were good.

My room was not clean ,bed sheets were nasty, and hair was everywhere. The pool was closed.

Other than outside security, this place was wonderful. Comfortable beds, kind staff, and great location. We were very off-put by the unfriendliness from the security guard. We made friends with other guests there that later joined us for lunch before our flight- and we all agreed on how wonderful the stay was, but we equally felt uneasy with the outside guard and all had a negative experience with her. Instead of making guests feel safe like you'd expect, she was intrusive. Even with a kind approach, she did not meet it with a kind response. She had smoking guests who were approximately 30 feet to the left of the entrance at the edge of the covering (it was raining), move right in front of the entrance where we park our vehicles to unload- maybe 5-8 ft from the entrance, directly in front of the building. When the side area made more sense, was less bothersome and more distant from the lobby. It seemed she spent her time there looking for problems, rather than making the place feel problem- free and safe. But honestly, that was worth witnessing when you weigh it against the rest of the experience. The cleaning staff was kind and polite, the front desk helpful and inviting, the rooms cozy and clean. And the airport was only a 6 minute drive. We will be happy to stay again, and simply avoid enjoying the outdoors when security is there. Overall, it was a 10/10, and only lost a staffing point for that small reason, that is easy to overlook. It's definitely in the top 3 places we've stayed near the airport, and will be noted as a future lodge for our company meets and layovers.

Wir sind jetzt schon das dritte mal in diesem Hotel gewesen, da es sehr zentral am Flughafen liegt und gut zu erreichen ist. Dieses Jahr wurde eine Parkgebühr für PKW erhoben, aber wir hatten unseren Mietwagen schon abgegeben und haben den kostenlosen Shuttlebus genutzt. Aktuell wir renoviert, aber die Zimmer sind dennoch ruhig.

Close to airport

Staff was amazing but roaches were in the room. Check in was very smooth and the staff offered free cookies and snacks.
