The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable

The upkeep on the hotel was very poor. The carpets in the rooms smelled old and musty. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly and there was someone’s shavings/hair in the shower. The carpets were old and stained

La propreté qui laissait à désirer surtout dans l escalier qui menait à l étage. Le distributeur de gel douche vide et pas rempli pendant notre séjour de trois nuits. Le parking est payant et non gratuit comme annoncé 5 dollars par nuit

The last at the front desk was sweet.

They were remodeling and didn't say so when I booked the room. The rooms were dirty. It smelled so bad. There were no amenities.

the sofa in the room had stains all over it and looked filthy, the AC wasn't consistent, we were met with defensiveness from the front desk when we let them know upon arriving into our room we had no towels, at check out the front desk staff was rude

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was everything we needed.

The stairway needed hoovering.
