Our stay at Ayana was AMAZING. It’s a beautiful hotel. If you’re looking for a quiet oasis with caring and attentive staff then this is your place. It is a stunning comfortable luxurious and peaceful hotel in the bustling Jakarta. The hotel has incredible staff! Each staff member is well presented, friendly and very kind. Thank you to Indira helping us with our Spa booking. The lovely staff at the Spa are professional and massages and facials recommended. The restaurant and breakfast were delicious. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel staffs were helpful, attentive, esp in the restaurant, they played along & took care well of our kids, really appreciate it!

Breakfast wasn’t so special, the hotel quite old but it was well maintained though
