It’s our first time staying in Ayana MidPlaza Jakarta and we are pleased to have the benefit of being offered a cup of free cocktail and mocktail. So relaxing and refreshing. Sigit and his team are very kind and considerate when they offered us flavored cakes and small delicious bites. We will keep this in memory and wish to come again.

I recently had an incredibly pleasant two-night stay at Ayana Midplaza Jakarta, made even more memorable by the exceptional service from Hibiki Ebihara. Hibiki’s professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out, ensuring that every detail of my visit was handled with care and efficiency. It is rare to find such personalized and attentive service, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta. Thank you, Hibiki, for a wonderful experience!

Check-in was smooth, we love our room that facing to the swimming pool. And of course we couldn't miss the facilities, such as the gym, jacuzzi, sauna & the cold plunge. Oh! Had a pleasant stay here at AYANA Midplaza Jakarta. The facilities are splendid—from the well-maintained swimming pool and gym to the squash and tennis courts. ​A huge thank you to the team for their exceptional hospitality. Special mention to Ibu Tasya and Ibu Arini for being so patient and helpful, and also to Pak Syarif and Pak Iwan for their seamless assistance in arranging the tennis court reservations. It is always a pleasure to initiate an Iftar gathering with colleagues from other hotel properties. These occasions are often filled with shared knowledge, valuable experiences, and a touch of humor, truly making them feel like a reunion. After considering various venues, ibu Rita graciously suggested Ayana as the ideal location for our get-together. Unfortunatelly, Jimbaran outdoor area was currently undergoing renovations. However, the indoor experience proved to be quite enjoyable, fostering close conversations and opportunities for memorable photographs among our group. I appreciated the option to pre-order our menu, which effectively minimized our waiting time. Although I arrived a bit late and my food had already been on the table, I was very grateful for Sigit's excellent assistance in reheating and beautifully presenting my meal. I have ordered the mushroom cappuccino and the lobster seafood aglio olio, both of which were excellent. Following our Iftar, we had the opportunity to visit Blue Terrace to explore their bread selection, and we were kindly offered a special discount. The venue itself was quite pleasant, and I look forward to returning another time to enjoy a coffee there. Thanks Ayana. Cheers, Martha

Had a wonderful Iftar at Rasa Restaurant by AYANA Midplaza 🌙✨ The food selection was amazing and honestly everything tasted so good, From the appetizers to the desserts, everything was fresh and flavorful. My absolute favorite was the **smoked brisket** 🤤🔥 It was super juicy, tender, and had that perfect smoky flavor — definitely the highlight of the buffet for me! Special thanks to Fika for recommending this place for Iftar. Such a great recommendation! 🙌 🫶🏻 If you’re looking for a great spot for Iftar with a wide variety of delicious dishes, Rasa Restaurant by AYANA Midplaza is definitely worth visiting.

I had an amazing stay at Ayana Midplaza Jakarta. The hotel is exceptionally clean, elegant, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a wonderful view of the city. The breakfast was delicious. The location is also very strategic and convenient for exploring Jakarta. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta ✨
