The resort was open and airy, pool was great. Room was great with a large patio. Breakfast was great. Short walk to phan thiet along the seawall. No beach. Staff were great

"Great location but challenging standards for a 4 star hotel."

Location was excellent and room was fine and had a lovely sea view.

Service was not consistent and staff had limited English skills. The hotel was having major reconstruction work done which really made moving around difficult. Only one choice for place to eat and limited menu. Poor quality products used in bathroom and not such good quality linen .
