Se oía el motor del aire acondicionado de fuera en las habitaciones, vistas a zona abandonada y sucia y no había gel en la ducha a pesar de ser un cuatro estrellas...

À l’arrivée dans l’établissement on nous annonce une panne d’électricité donc pas de Check-in possible. On a dû sortir dehors pour passer le temps, et revenir le soir tard. Tout cela sans aucun geste commercial de la part de l’établissement, ni même un petit-déjeuner offert. Il faut vraiment revoir la politique de l’établissement concernant cet incident, un geste commercial même a posteriori serait le bienvenue…
